Prof. Jiajia Liu

Jiajia Liu is a full professor (Vice Dean) with the School of Cybersecurity, Northwestern Polytechnical University. He is the director of Xi’an Unmanned System Security and Intelligent Communications ISTC (International Science and Technology Cooperation) Center since 2020. He was a full Professor at the School of Cyber Engineering, Xidian University, from 2013 to 2018. He has published more than 200 peer-reviewed papers in many high quality publications, including prestigious IEEE journals and conferences. He received IEEE ComSoc Best YP (Young Professional) Award in Academia in 2020, IEEE VTS Early Career Award in 2019, IEEE ComSoc Asia-Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award in 2017, IEEE ComSoc Asia-Pacific Outstanding Paper Award in 2019, Niwa Yasujiro Outstanding Paper Award in 2012, the Best Paper Awards from many international conferences including IEEE flagship events, such as IEEE GLOBECOM in 2016 and 2019, IEEE WCNC in 2012 and 2014, IEEE WiMob in 2019, IEEE IC-NIDC in 2018, AICON in 2019. He was also a recipient of the Tohoku University President Award 2013. His research interests cover a wide range of areas including intelligent and connected vehicles, mobile/edge/cloud computing and storage, intelligent and connected vehicle security, wireless and mobile ad hoc networks, and space-air-ground integrated networks. He has been actively joining the society activities, like serving as associate editors for IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications (May 2018-present), IEEE Transactions on Communications (Sep. 2020-present), IEEE Transactions on Computers (Oct. 2015-Jun. 2017) and IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (Jan. 2016-Jan. 2021), editor for IEEE Network (July 2015-present), editor for IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking (January 2019-present), guest editors of top ranking international journals like IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing (TETC), IEEE Network Magazine, IEEE Internet of Things (IoT) Journal, etc., and serving as technical program committees of numerous international conferences like the general chair of HPSR 2022, the general co-chair of IWCMC 2023, and the leading symposium co-chair of AHSN symposium for GLOBECOM 2017, CRN symposium for ICC 2018, AHSN symposium for ICC 2019. He is the Chair of IEEE IOT-AHSN TC, and is a Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Communications Society and Vehicular Technology Society.
Prof. Guangxia Xu
Guangzhou University, China(National High-Level Talent)
Guangxia Xu is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the School of Cyberspace Security at Guangzhou University, as well as a Dual-Appointed Researcher at Peng Cheng Laboratory. She is a recipient of the National High-Level Talent Special Support Program. Her research focuses on intelligent system security, data fusion security, blockchain, and related fields. Professor Xu has led more than 20 national-level projects, including major national research initiatives, key projects under the National Key R&D Program, information security special projects of the National Development and Reform Commission, and grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has published over 80 high-level academic papers, holds more than 70 authorized invention patents, and has authored three academic books. Her work has been recognized with several awards, including the First Prize and Second Prize of the Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Award, and the First Prize of the China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Award.

Prof. Geyong Min

Professor Geyong Min is the Chair and Director of High Performance Computing and
Networking (HPCN) Research Group at the University of Exeter, UK. He received the PhD
degree in Computing Science from the University of Glasgow, UK, in 2003, and the B.Sc.
degree in Computer Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, in
1995. His main research interests include Next-Generation Internet, Analytical
Modelling, Cloud Computing, and Big Data.
Prof. Min holds a world-class research track record of publications in the top
international journals and at the prestigious conferences. He has produced more than 200
research publications including 2 edited books, 18 book chapters, 5 conference
proceedings, and 100 papers in the leading international journals. He was the recipient
of five Best Paper Awards from IEEE GreenCom'2013, TrustCom'2010, CSE'2009, ICAC'2008,
and AINA'2007 conferences, respectively. He was invited to deliver 7 keynote speeches
and 2 invited talks at International conferences in the area of High Performance
Computing and Networking.
Prof. Min is an Editorial Board member of 8 international journals including IEEE
